Shipping Policy Effective September 20, 2026
At Neofotis & Co., we treat every shipment with the utmost care and security. Every order is securely packed, insured, and handled using direct, trackable carrier services.
- Delivery Territory
- Continental United States: We ship exclusively to valid physical street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
- U.S. Military Bases: We proudly ship to official U.S. Military and Diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). All military orders are shipped exclusively via USPS, and delivery timelines vary depending on the overseas destination.
For security, insurance, and compliance reasons, we do not ship to:
- Standard Civilian PO Boxes (note Official Military and Diplomatic APO/FPO/DPO boxes are permitted);
- Freight forwarding services, commercial courier hubs, or third-party logistics lockers (orders using these services will be automatically canceled and refunded); or
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands); or
- International destinations outside of the U.S. except for U.S. Military bases.
- Processing & Fulfillment Timeline
All jewelry and decorative art acquisitions undergo a final inspection, professional cleaning, and secure documentation before dispatch. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days following complete payment verification. Custom sizing, modifications, or specialized appraisals will add 5 to 7 business days to standard processing.
- Secure Transit, Full Insurance & Adult Signature
Every parcel shipped by Neofotis & Co. is fully insured for its replacement value from transit origin until delivery confirmation. For mutual protection and security, all shipments require a direct physical adult signature (21 years or older) with valid government-issued photo identification upon delivery.
- Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner exclusively with trusted, insured carriers including FedEx Priority and UPS Next Day/2nd Day Air. Carrier selection is determined based on order value, destination, and transit security parameters. Tracking information will be emailed directly once your parcel has been transferred into carrier custody.
- Title & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for all merchandise pass to you upon delivery and successful execution of the required adult signature at the destination address provided during checkout.
- Damaged or Tampered Packages
Inspect your package carefully prior to signing. If the outer shipping box shows evidence of tampering, damage, or compromise, refuse the shipment immediately with the carrier courier and contact us at (540) 460-1822 within 24 hours.
